The BEST in home DVD Exercise!

The PeakFit System is the BEST out there in home DVD systems. Michelle's program is the most effective, challenging, yet fun workout that I've done at home...and I've done a lot! Internationally recognized fitness expert, award-winning athlete, and creator of Peak Fit System™, Michelle Dozois has been helping people lose weight, get fit and lead healthier lives for almost 20 years.
